The data controller will retain personal data about the applicants for as long as necessary to select a recipient of the award and pay the scholarship prize and no longer than 2 years. After this period, all data is permanently purged.

Internal data processors (also referred as “staff”)
The data controller recognizes its obligation to protect personal data. Internal data processors processing personal data on behalf of the data controller are subject to a confidentiality agreement. Information access is restricted by user permissions and granted only to staff who need it to receive, review and manage applications, or to communicate with applicants regarding their applications.
External data processors (also referred as “3rd party processors”)
The service provided by the data controller’s 3rd party processor makes it possible to receive, collect and store the applications:

Protection of personal data is ensured by installation and maintenance of technical, physical, and administrative measures. The security measures include and are not limited to intrusion detection, firewalls, data encryption, data access controls and administrative policies.
